Mail protection make my mail client receive mails too slowly.

In this week, the speed of the mail protection and the spam filter has slowed.
When I off two functions, I can receive mails in normal speed via a mail client.
However using these functions, the speed of receiving mail is too slow, so I can’t get mail normally.

  • OS…?? (32/64 Bit…? - which SP…?)
  • Other security related software installed…??
  • Which AV did you use before avast!..??

Avast IS 7.0.1466 on Windows 7 x64 SP1.
No other security software.
Mail client is IncrediMail.

I am using Avast about 3 years. I have never met this problem before.
However, I get in trouble now days.

Yes, I always use IncrediMail.

The new version cannot receive mails also.

About several weeks older versions can receive mails well.
