Hello everyone,
My university uses this method (exchange RPC over HTTP) for retrieving emails from University E-mail Exchange Server.
Is there any way to setup the mail shield so that it scans these emails?
Or will the web shield (or at least the file shield eventually) take care of these, so I don’t need to worry about them?

if you download your mail to the computer using a mailclient from POP3/IMAP accounts it will be scanned…if correct sett up
if you read it as webmail it will be scanned as normal incomming web traffic
and the file shield is scanning every file that moves inside the comp
i guess your university have there own mail security on there mail server…like spam and virus filter…ask the IT guys
