i got a 10060 (connection failure) error message in Outlook when connecting to the incomming mail server.
(on two computers on different internet connections)
I noticed that turning the mail shield in Avast Free off solved the problem.
Is there a way of turning the mailshield on again without getting the error?
By the way, thx for the great free antivirus, hope this gets fixed soon.
Did you receive avast program update lately? This error mostly occurs when avast gets updated without reboot.
I would recommend to reboot your pc and in case it will not help, could you please send me whole mailshield log file located in C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log folder?
