Mail Shield Question

This is my first post to the forum.
A few days ago I switched from AVG to Avast 5.0.677 and have set everything up.
I’m getting Avast to only scan incomming messages and this is where I have a “problem”.

If I get a message that has been sent to other people - ie I am in a list of recipients
Avast does not add the “Inbound message clean” to the bottom.
What actually appears is “This e-mail message has been scanned for Viruses and Content and cleared by MessageShield (http://www.messageshield.co.nz)” which
obviously comes from the Senders email server.
AVG had no problem with attaching its message to this sort of email though.

Any ideas?

Have you checked the Expert settings in Mail Shield ?

Yes I have looked at that and everything works as normal except for messages with more that 1 recipent
