They are adware programmes and as such are PUPs

That is normal for SFC as some ini files are different to the logged ones, and generally are of no concern

Attaching files is hard as firefox crashes sometimes.
how often does fireFox crash? Are there running programs in the background?
Is it just firefox, does IE function properly
I never use IE. Chrome crashes in the same way too.
Just checked and IE doesn’t seem to crash.
Is there any commonality between the crashes i.e. the number of tabs open, sites visited
It happens when I scroll to the bottom when looking for an attachment. It doesn’t happen if I don’t scroll to the bottom though.
Do you use a wheel mouse or have the smooth scroll addon ?
