Hi all after an accidental visit to file tube I picked up a nasty infection ( hidden files, fake hard drive problems reported and then the police have locked your computer joke). I used combo fix which seemed to clear up the issue but after a few days avast picked up 5 threats. I can delete these problems but boot scan keeps reporting that win32 malware-gen has infected windows installer…ssstool.exe. It’s the only issue the boot scan finds but I can’t move it to the chest, is it safe to delete it and does it sound like that will solve the problem?
