Maleware dectect

Avast scan came up with maleware warns so I did a virus scan and move stuff to quartine chest. I ran a malewarebytes scan and came up with maleware. Since then I have had Avast Maleware warning boxes coming up every 3 seconds. The warning is Malicious url block Avast! Network sheld has block a harmful site. They are none stop. The last pop up was 51 of 51. Website c://windows/sytstem32/dllhost. and iexplore.exe. Also, when I open anything in WordPad, or Excel my computer slows to a stop. I read the maleware clean up form, I added four attachements from the scans that the form recomemded. What do I do now? I tried this afternoon to scan with avast and it wouldnt scan, it just sits at zero for 4 hours. How do I make the malicious URL block messages go way with my computer not being infected anymore?

What do I do now?
Come back tomorrow when malware team is out of bed .....

: Keep Java Updated :

WARNING: Java is the #1 exploited program at this time. The Department of Homeland Security recommends that computer users disable Java

In that instance I would recommend that you disable Java in your browsers until you need it for that software and then enable it. (See How to diasble Java in your web browser and How to unplug Java from the browser)

If you do need to keep Java then download JavaRa
Run the programme and select Remove Java Runtime. Uninstall all versions of Java present
Once done then run it again and select Update Java runtime > Download and install Latest version
