malicious url blocked

Hi
I am being constantly being alerted that a malicious url has been blocked it being http://includeit.info/include.js?id. Th e alert can come up as often as every 20 seconds. It is now a pest and is driving me nuts is anyone else having the same problem and can it be avoided?
