malicious url blocked

Avast keeps popping up a “malicious URL blocked” Even when Windows explorer is not even open. I"ve ran several anti malware programs and nothing can fix it. Avast scan didn’t fix it. The popup mainly comes up as this: Infection Details

Although I’ve never visited that site. And it happens even when windows explorer is not even running. I’ve been reading thru some of the similiar posts and I of ran a complete scan with Avast. Also I ran Malwarebytes Anti-malware OLT all to no avail. I’m new to this forum and don’t even know if I’m posting correctly.
There is a guy named essexboy who seems to know how to get rid of this. Please help.

Okay here is the Malwarebytes log. thanks Ill run OTL again and post that log.

Ok I just ran OTL and here are the 2 logs it gave me. Thanks for ur help.

Hi I will need a look at the MBR please

Download aswMBR.exe ( 4.8mb ) to your desktop.
Double click the aswMBR.exe to run it Click the “Scan” button to start scan

On completion of the scan click save log, save it to your desktop and post in your next reply

THEN

Download AdwCleaner from here to your desktop
Run AdwCleaner and select Delete

Once done it will ask to reboot, allow this
On reboot a log will be produced please attach that
