Check this, http://www.avast.com/about there are contact us lists, or contact support (at) avast (dot) com.
Though I don’t know if they use individuals for samples other than avast users submitting samples through the avast user interface or email to virus (at) avast (dot) com samples attached, zipped and password protected with Undetected Malware in the subject and the password in the email body.
Thanks David, but the amount of malware collected cant be traded through user interface or mail (Dont think they can take about 50gb a month)
