I found (3) malwares running the Avast boot scan. I downloaded and ran Malwarebytes and then OTL. Once OTL is run, what do i do with the scan log? I did re-run boot time and found the malwares are still there, so i am assuming using OTL to send my log for fixes? Am I correct here?

To avoid using multiple post with copy and paste you have to attach the log`s
Lower left corner: Additional Options > Attach ( OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. and Malwarebytes scan log)
The big question is why did you feel it necessary to run OTL (a specialist tool) ?
That really isn’t something that you run under normal circumstances, but if after having run avast and MBAM scans, which presumably don’t show anything more detections, but you are still experiencing unusual symptoms.
So if you can give us some more information on the circumstances surrounding this.
What are the malware names, the infected file names, where were they found e.g. (C:\windows\system32\infected-file-name.xxx) ?
Did MBAM find anything ?
If so, can you post the contents of the MBAM log.
