I keep getting the error of win32:malware-gen and Win32:Downloader-PKU. I don’t know where to begin. Please help! I have ran full system can with avast and spy bot with no luck. This is getting very annoying. Thank You

I tried to get the logs, but my computer will not download OTL.exe. Did I miss something?

did you try to get the other logs…aswMBR and Malwarebytes ?
