Malware that I'm unable to find and remove reddie reduled blackled blackfight

Hi I see from the forum that this problem seems to be very common and that the anti-malware tools I have don’t fix the problem, which is that Avast is reporting one of reddie reduled blackled blackfight as blocked malware.
Help in removing this irritating malware would be appreciated.

Hello,

Scan with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

[*]Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Press Scan button.
[*]It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.
[*]The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

Hello. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
I’ve attached the txt files from the scan.

Regards.

Unless you installed it yourself, malware has changed Chrome into a developer version.
A good start would be completely removing Chrome.

Hi. I have in the distant past tried Chrome, but uninstalled it. Neither Programs and Features nor Revo Uninstaller showed Chrome as being installed.
I have removed all those files and folders that refer to Chrome with the exception of those in the AVAST folder.
Sadly I’m still getting the Avast warnings regarding the malware I listed.

Regards.

I suggest you run CCleaner and/or Glary Utilities to cleanup the registry.
Just removing files/folders is not removing everything from a application.

Keep choosing scan and fix till nothing more is found.

Sorry I forgot to say that I’d run CCleaner too. I’ll try it again.

Cheers.

Hello. I’ve attached the log file as you asked, after running the script in zoek.
And the good news is that the problem seems to have been resolved.
I guess the culprit was somewhere in the all the temp files that were deleted.
I will check my machine again tomorrow, just to be sure.

Thank you for your help.
Best regards.

Is everything fine now?

Yes, all is well with my machine.
Donation made.
