What malware did you run ?
Since this is found within what appears to be a .tmp file (which may be a folder rather than a file) and within an .exe file (which is normally the case of archives), I don’t know if it is a case of it can’t extract it from within the archive file, in which case it would try to remove the archive file, so the target/source would no longer exist. Not very clear I know, but the best I can do with the available information.
Personally I would ensure that you empty the Temp folder to ensure everything is cleared.
This is a tool that will automate the process - CCleaner - Temp File Cleaner, etc..
Hi Michelle1 and DavidR,
From what I read there, it is this: http://angui123.cn/VirusEncyclopedia/29091.html

I ran the temp cleaner but to fix the problems i have to register and it’s not free :-\
I ran Malwarebytes Anti Malware
polonus if this is what it could be,how can i get rid of it?
Hi Michelle1,
As this comes with Malware the best is to run MBAM. Simply download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware from the links below. Double click the downloaded file to install the application on your computer. Once the application is installed, double click on the Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware icon to start the program. When the application is open, select Scan and the application will guide you through the remaining steps.

I don’t know where you get that from it is freeware, see image.
I don’t know hat areas you are talking about to fix problems, but the purpose was to simply clear temp files although it does other tasks and I have never had it ask for payment. The only area where I see Fix selected issues is in the Registry function and again I have never been asked for registration or payment.
It’s completely free…
You can use CleanUp, CCleaner or a deep one called Temp File Cleaner for that.
Okay here is the results…what do i do now?

Go ahead, quarantine them with MBAM.
Okay they are in the Quarantine folder…I also ran the temp file cleaner
