This is scum/scam ware, trying to put the frighteners on you to buy a product of dubious worth, what ever you do don’t click Activate MailWarrior 2008.
Note: This manual removal process may be difficult, follow the instructions as given:
Step 1 : Use Windows File Search Tool to Find MalWarrior Path
Go to Start > Search > All Files or Folders.
In the “All or part of the the file name” section, type in “MalWarrior” file name(s).
To get better results, select “Look in: Local Hard Drives” or “Look in: My Computer” and then click “Search” button.
When Windows finishes your search, hover over the “In Folder” of “MalWarrior”, highlight the file and copy/paste the path into the address bar. Save the file’s path on your clipboard because you’ll need the file path to delete MalWarrior in the following manual removal steps.

Step 2 : Use Windows Task Manager to Remove MalWarrior Processes
To open the Windows Task Manager, use the combination of CTRL+ALT+DEL or CTRL+SHIFT+ESC.
Click on the “Image Name” button to search for “MalWarrior” process by name.
Select the “MalWarrior” process and click on the “End Process” button to kill it.
Remove the “MalWarrior” processes files:
Install1.exe MWLauncher.exe

Step 3 : Use Registry Editor to Remove MalWarrior Registry Values
To open the Registry Editor, go to Start > Run > type regedit and then press the “OK” button.
Locate and delete the entry or entries whose data value (in the rightmost column) is the spyware file(s) detected earlier.
To delete “MalWarrior” value, right-click on it and select the “Delete” option.
Locate and delete “MalWarrior” registry entries:

??? >:(You can not use Task Manager when a machine is infected with Malwarrior. Scumware is a correct name for it. Malwarrior blocks access to The Control Panel, Task Manager and Administrative Privileges. Avast needs to make a portable or bootable program so as to get rid of malicuous programs like this one. Even in safe mode installing or operating any anti-virus or anti-spyware program is impossible with this nasty piece of work. Please provide an alternate solution.
