Management console - statistics window

STATISTICS windows in Dashboard doesn’t show any infection, although report shows there is a plenty
Is this a bug or some misconfiguration?

mIRO

In wich shield avast found the infections? In File shield, mail, network…etc?
Are you sure do have selected the correct shield on the statistic dashboard (mail, file, network…) and the correct timeline (day, week, month, year)?
Wich version of SB console have you installed? Is the version 1.0.888.19?

It’s possible, if the files scanned are so much, that can’t be visualized one or more infections…

No shield in the statistics windows shows any infection, but if I generate report, for example, “Top 10 Infected Computers” it show computers with 30-40 infections… I scanned one of those computers and found infections…
SB console version is 1.0.888.14.

Graph shows Scanned items, but not Infected items on any shield any time period…
Should I upgrade to newer version?

mIRO

Yes SP1 has more improvements, you can try to upgrade easily to the newer version and then let us know if the problems is still.

Still, it’s up to me

Scale of the image is the same for scanned and infected items…so, as you can see for over 3000 scanned files there are only 14 infected which are barely visible…maybe in some of the next releases of the console, they could separate scanned and infected files…

Nevertheless, I’ll try the new version later

Thanks
