Managing Avast SecureLine VPN using cmd / command line / terminal

Good Day, everybody!
There is a task on Win10 that requires control via the console, or reconnection with new parameters, for a begin at least just turn off and turn on the VPN.
Apparently, under the hood, Avast SecureLine VPN has OpenVPN installed, and you can simply turn off and turn on the VPN through tskill, and it seems to reconnect, but instantly, but I need the ability to turn off, turn on, change the country on command. Also, after several such kills, the Avast SecureLine VPN client says that there are problems, and you need to run a check, but I know that I myself killed the process. How can i make it “official”? Is there a way not to kill OpenVPN, but for example something like “OpenVPN disconnect”, “OpenVPN connect”, “OpenVPN country = Brazil connect” commands and so on?
In the end i need a batch file that will turn on / off on a schedule, without having to go into the Avast GUI every time.
