Hello to everybody,
I send this message here since I am very angry and disappointed and really close to change for another security suite.
I use 2 desktop, 3 netbooks and 2 mobiles.
On some I use also VPNs, Cleanup and even driver updater.
For these reasons I bought during time several license and packs.
I’ve got a system crash with complete loss and on another machine I had to format again. I got crazy because if I log on my avast account I could not see how many and what license are actually used and where. It’s a crazy situation. Could anyone help me?

The fact that we no longer know where we are when we have multiple licenses and devices is due to the change made without notice by avast in our accounts

Bad change for all users but avast decided otherwise, without listening to users :-[
Now, we have to wait for months to get a summary of what we had before
That reply may make you feel better but certainly doesn’t answer the users question which was already accomplished by Asyn.
This really wouldn’t have been an issue for anyone if Avast had built the new bridge (and testing it) before burning the old one.
I was just explaining to him why he can no longer see how much and what license is used and where
I have doubts (I’m even sure) that contacting avast about this won’t answer his question, or if he’s lucky, avast will direct him to the link I gave… in a week or two if everything goes well.
Why waste his time with the support?
The answer will be the same: avast no longer support Windows and Mac devices in the “devices” section in my.avast.com accounts…so it is normal that nicola84 no longer sees the license allocations on his devices , no more no less
Edit:I have already contacted avast to find out what was my 3rd device connected to my 3pc AIS license, they were unable to tell me, so in this case with several products, several devices, I really don’t see how avast will be able to inform it.
They will at best give him his used products and the number of devices per product but not the detail “mom is entitled to driver updater and AIS, dad to VPN and Premium , son to password and avast free, …”
