Have taken preceutions and changed passwords.
Two major data breaches pwned many of us here:

Avast: Avast: In May 2014, the Avast anti-virus forum was hacked and 423k member records were exposed. The Simple Machines Based forum included usernames, emails and password hashes.

Compromised data: Email addresses, Passwords, Usernames (changed my data)

Malwarebytes
Malwarebytes: In November 2014, the Malwarebytes forum was hacked and 111k member records were exposed. The IP.Board forum included email and IP addresses, birth dates and passwords stored as salted hashes using a weak implementation enabling many to be rapidly cracked.

Compromised data: Dates of birth, Email addresses, IP addresses, Passwords, Usernames, Website activity (changed data)

Everybody then had been properly notified and had to change account settings.

Because that was the source of that info.
(And originally there it had nothing to do with avast forum but your mail account).
