So I’m goofing off. And I’m trying to rename all the files on 1 folder of mine. the rem cmd in cmd (system32) isn’t working. any other ways?

I tested the ones from today and Kaspersky has not detected 43 out of 450 files.
Emsisoft didnt detect 4 and Avast didnt detect 9 of them.
