I am having a problem with the download of the latest version 10.1.0.1629
It downloads but does not show the correct icon and will not run
I have tried both IE9 & FF
Is this an Avast issue (scanning download)

It downloaded for me and the Icon showed up fine. It ran without any problems.
Try downloading it again this time to the desktop. Make sure that the download finishes before closing the download page. It should download okay and run when you double click on it.
Note. I use Firefox for my downloads.

That’s the 1619 not the latest 1629
Whatever is at CNET is the latest RTW working version of software that is available for download and on their website.
I have been downloading from that site for years and I have never found them not to have the latest RTW version of any software. I just ran 1619 two days ago. So if that is what is now downloading at CNET that is he latest version.
Maybe your Icon doesn’t work because 1629 is not a good version? ???
