Good evening
When I booted up my computer, I noticed a message on the Avast Icon that says Attention:Your System is Not Fully Protected
I clicked on it and then I clicked on resolve all, then it gave me a message that says The following unable to start firewall.
What can I do to fix this problem?
Thanks
Please try “Repair” of your Avast installation.

11.1.2253
Windows XP
No other security software
What SP?
You could try a “Clean Install”
Down load ‘and save to your desktop’ the Avast Uninstall Utility here: https://www.avast.com/en-gb/uninstall-utility
Download to your Desktop your correct Avast version from here: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=182468.0
Now disconnect from the Internet
Uninstall Avast via the Control Panel
1.Run the uninstall tool and accept the reboot to safe mode
2.Once complete reboot your system (twice)
3.Reinstall Avast
Hope that helps, if not possibly other suggestions will be better.

Sorry one more thing. I can’t find the edit key. A couple of months ago I believe I got the upgrade. However, I can’t find my invoice. It did say my license will be renew in August I believe.
