Were you intending to visit the site ?
If not start by clearing your browser cache and cookies, including 3rd party cookies and restart your browser.
If that resolves it you should be good to go.
If it doesn’t try running your browser with add-ons disabled.
If that resolves it, have you added or updated any add-ons ?
If so try disabling that add-on - and restart and try again.
If still not resolved and you are using Chrome based browser - try this suggestion by Avast Team member ‘lukor’
What about page notifications? Here: chrome://settings/content/notifications ? Do you have all cleared?
je n’étais même pas sur internet, juste l’application zoom ouverte
et j’ai fait un nettoyage via avast mais ça revient toujours. Pas de modules complémentaires installés.
Not sure what you mean by ‘you did a cleanup via Avast ?’
If you ran an on-demand scan, this is unlikely to find anything or the Active ‘File System Shield’ should have should have found it.
The issue is finding what it is making this connection to the suspect site, which is why the information when the See Details option is selected is important.
I don’t use Zoom, so I have no personal experience of it, or how it works.

pouvez-vous (re)poster le message avec “Voir les détails” en dessous “analyser le PC”.
Etant donné qu’avast bloque une URL, c’est que “quelque chose” tente de faire ouvrir cette URL via votre navigateur … Ce dernier devrait apparaitre dans les détails de la menace.
Aussi, comme vous le propose DavidR, essayez de vider le cache de ce navigateur
