Hey there, I got the block come up on my laptop telling me to pay £100. I’ve scanned with Avast and it isnt finding the problem.
What do i do? :\

Check for malware with this
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.51. http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
always click the update button before you start a scan
click on the remove selected button to quarantine anything found
post the scan log here
If no success, then follow this guide and attach all log`s…not copy and paste
