Currently, our company’s website has been placed on a blacklist, and unfortunately we had to take it offline due to this issue, which is directly impacting our operations.
We work with card payment machines in partnership with Paytime, which in turn is a partner of PagBank. In other words, we resell PagBank services to customers through in-person transactions.
Our website is an essential platform for the operation of our business, as it allows customers to manage their accounts, sales, transactions, and other activities. In addition, we offer our own services, such as our POS (Point of Sale) system and our digital catalog.
Unfortunately, we were forced to interrupt the operation of our platform due to this problem, which we consider serious and harmful to our business activities.
To facilitate a better understanding of the situation, we filed a complaint on the Reclame Aqui platform, where we provided screenshots, images, and detailed information about how our platform operates.
If the problem is not resolved in a timely manner, we will unfortunately have to consider taking legal action, as this situation is causing significant losses to our business. We have already submitted several requests for analysis and review; however, so far we have not received a satisfactory response.
