Just 2 days after installing the new Avast free v7 (now 200mb!!), this one slipped by Avast’s Webshield.
Luckily, I was awake enough to prevent it myself.
Keep a lookout for this one, folks. >:(

I guess it’s been around awhile.
I’ve seen it copy AVG, McAfee, Kaspersky and Norton; but not MSE.
Usually it apes the av you have, but I’ve never had mse on this laptop (and won’t).
I am just surprised that v7’s Webshield didn’t catch it.

My cousin’s laptop was infested with viruses. So that means that the MSE she had was probably rogue. Well, I already installed avast! on there, anyway…l_l
