I would like to get a ”support by email” to know the cost and a “process methodology” to migrate toward AVAST ONE.
With Avast ONE, the old Avast Cleanup is not necessary any more ? What about proportional refund ?

Hello,
regarding contacting Avast and any potential negotiations regarding the price of ‘your’ Avast ONE, I won’t be able to help you much as the way to contact support varies depending on your location (by email, phone or chat), you should try clicking on ‘Support’ at the top of this website, follow the instructions – but not too closely – and click on the “contact us” and “Get Help” button, both usually at the bottom of the page; the contact method for your location will then be shown.
However, regarding “avast ONE”, the main thing to know (and this isn’t very obvious when looking at the product’s features) is that it isn’t a standalone product, apart from the limited free version… Avast ONE is the backbone of a suite to which independent modules can be added, with the advantage that you can choose only the modules that interest you, and therefore the disadvantage of not having a complete product as ‘Ultimate’ is.
In your example, Avast ONE does not, by default, include ‘Avast Premium’ and ‘Cleanup Premium’, but only the limited features of the free version, as you can see from the sales link, where you can add ‘Premium Security’ and ‘Cleanup Premium’ – both of which are paid add-ons.
For example only(Nothing is certain or contractually binding):
To my knowledge, there is no migration process, which seems logical as you can add your existing products (Premium Security and Cleanup) to the basic version.
However, it is indeed not easy to do this when you are offered (up front) the option to purchase Avast ONE Premium whilst you already have Premium Security.
I’m not sure whether you can install the free version of ONE and then integrate Premium Security and Cleanup Premium into it, or what your expiry date would be… The best approach would be to contact Avast, as explained at the start.
