Migration from Premium to Avast One

Hi,

I have an avast premium subscription (1 device) and I would like to migrate it to Avast One (as the Premium is the old product).
I have followed the instructions here: https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/migrate-one-faq/#idt_010

But my avast subscriptions area in the app isn’t showing the option to migrate it. Has anyone here ever had this problem?

Have exactly same issue, 3 year single device sub but unable to migrate and don’t know why

Avast Premium is not an old product.

Avast One is not available on all countries.
