I am trying to use Remote Assistance to help my friend, but when I try to use it, I get an error message telling me I am missing aswAra.dll
I’ve tried “repairing” Avast! through Control Panel and restarted my computer, but with no positive results.

Do you have the Remote Assistance feature installed? (click Change in the Control Panel, instead of Repair)
You were right. I must have chosen not to install the feature when I initially installed the program. I clicked change instead of repair as you said and I added the feature. Thank you for the help.
