hi i really don’t know about this prob ???. some picture in my user account window is missing. is this because of virus or not :(? can i repair that picture?
First I highly doubt it is anything malware related as that would be a pretty benign affect.
Secondly it is the same on my XP Pro SP3 system, I checked it after your post as I haven’t used this for a very long time. So my guess it is more likely to be a consequence of a windows update as it was previously fine on this system.
What is your OS ?
same like you xp sp3 ;D… ok maybe this is because bug when upgrading to xp sp3…

I don’t think it was upgrading to SP3 specifically as my system came with SP3 installed and no such problem at the start.
So it is my guess that it was a subsequent windows update or updating IE (which does all the display work in the OS) from IE6 which was part of XP, to IE7, to IE8 may be more likely. If you recall that the dreaded Rex X in IE when browsing and an image isn’t displayed.
