Mistyped email for subscription

I need help! I signed up for a free trial of Premium Security, and an mistyped email that I do not have access to is linked to the subscription. I created an account with the correct email (which is how I’m making this post) and signed in, but I cannot transfer the subscription. I tried to call support but no answer so far. I’m hoping to cancel the subscription ASAP.

Use the Email option at the bottom of that page.
Give as much information to try and track down your incorrect and either correct it of cancel it.
