Moneysoft Payroll Manager

I am having problems emailing from Moneysoft Payroll Manager. Nothing has been changed on the setup but the emails are not sending. Moneysoft have checked and they can find no reason for this to happen. They suggest that my firewall may be blocking but that hasn’t happened before. Does anyone have a similar problem or a suggestion as to what I should try. Many thanks Susan P

What Avast program are you using (since this is the avast support forum) ?

If you are using an avast program, which one is it and what is the program version and build number ?

Avast Business security.

Since my post last month I have changed the company that host (?) my emails but the server is still office exchange.

Still didn’t work so tried disabling the firewall and sheilds on Avast and still didn’t work.

I then tried using a gmail account, no help. Then hotmail but nothing works.

Moneysoft still think it’s a problem with the server or Avast.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
