More info on slow boot problem, might be Avast related.

The problem described in this MS article just happened to me on Win 10 Home 64 with latest Beta version 20.2.2401. However, I believe it happened before with the standard release version 20.1 too. The article is talking about Windows Vista, but this is exactly what happened on my win10.

Event log message indicates that the Windows Installer reconfigured all installed applications

I highly doubt you’re system is windows 32 bit architecture and that’s what the article refers to.
Let’s see if Avast has any comments.
