Mozy stopped working a few days ago...

A couple of days ago, Mozy stopped backing up my computer giving my an “error o” message…

Likely culprits:

Windows 8.1

Avast

(a) has anyone else had trouble recently with Mozy using Avast?
(b) how do I create an exception for Mozy? I can’t seem to find the button on the new layout.

settings>>anti virus>> scroll down to EXCLUSION

Many thanks - problem was on Mozy’s end and I was able to correct.
