MRP40v62.exe false alarm?

When I try to run MRP40v62.exe I see an executable named MRP40v62_xshld4.exe created in the same directory. It only exists for about 2-3 seconds, then disappears and the MRP40v62.exe I wanted to run doesn’t run. I have scanned the executable and it comes back as no threat.

I believe this is a false positive or something? Any help please?

Try scanning the file with VirusTotal, see if any other antiviruses detected it. (http://www.virustotal.com)

Do you know where you got the file from?
