multiple viruses in one attack

Hi,

I downloaded from

vich linked me here>
http://www.click2play.cz/user/login/

a downloader for game Witcher. When downloaded. I logged in and tried to download a game. While downloading the downloader showed a multiple Popups with crash informations. It seemed to me that downloading was success but with problems. When ended AVAST told that main EXE file is infected by IDP.Generic.
and I immediatelly deleted the whole folder.
But. The downloader called “ZaklinacRozsirenaEdice_CZ.exe” was still in my files and created a shortcut on my desktop. I uploaded that file to VirusTotal and VT found 4 threats>

While I was downloading the game via official retailer for czech republic, I was not suspicious. Now I am sad because there are at least 4 viruses on my computer, because I used that infected downloader, which was diagnosed by VT.com

What can I do now? can you help me please? How can I clean my computer?

This does not mean 4 virus, it means 1, but 4 different names

Thanks for replies.
I’ve just formatted the HDD and reinstalled the OS. It is easier than cure the pc.
But there is another issue connected with that issue. I created another post.
