Multiple Win32:Downloader-PKU [trj] viruses

In my Avast virus chest I have multiple viruses from the C:\Windows\Installer folder and all of them show up numerous times and I have constant popups about Malware and Trojan Horses being blocked. The viruses are 80000032.@, 80000064.@, 000000cb.@, 00000004.@, and 80000000.@. Here’s my MBAM Log

[*]Accept the disclaimer and allow to update if it asks

Notes:

  1. Do not mouse-click Combofix’s window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
  2. Do not “re-run” Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
  3. If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.

The alerts have stopped, although I am posting from a different computer than the one in question because when I went to access both Firefox and then IE it said they were both on a registry marked for deletion and wouldn’t open.

A reboot wil clear that problem with the deletion warning

Once rebooted could you let me know what problems remain
