My Avast has been hacked, the hackers have blacked out most of the Avast services and accessed all my email accounts that I listed with Avast to be protected. I now am unable to access any of them. The Avast program of detecting bugs and hackers is saying all is well. I have managed to contact Avast customer services who are refusing to do anything but promise to call me back and they never do. I keep trying to cancel my subscription to this Avast service that has become a door for hackers but the automatic renewal date keeps changing after cancellation. The irony of not being able to stop paying for a service to protect yourself from hackers that in fact has been used by hacker to gain access to my accounts is beyond belief. I I have been compromised doubly, the hacker gaining access to my accounts through Avast and Avast charging me for the privilege. Customer services just issue me with a complaint number and do nothing. Can anyone tell me please how I stop both criminals , the hacker and Avast from what they are doing
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
I honestly can’t see how this is possible, but I will try and draw some Avast Team input into this matter.
