What does this status mean? ???
To me it says your avast version need attention, the Red X below shows what that attention is.
You have an old version of avast 7.0.1466 when there is a new version available 7.0.1474.
No, now it went to “Security Status: Secured” and it’s still 7.0.1466. Strange.
So you provide no explanation what different statuses mean?
As an avast user like yourself I don’t have any definition of what the different statuses are.
To me the Status given in your image is quite clear, it was saying that your installation needed attention. To determine what that attention might be you have to look at the more detailed information contained below the Security Status.
To me, to you, to her… you interpret statuses the way you like to. Anyway, thank you for your kind reply!
I can’t see anything under Security Info that can explain that phenomenon nor I can find status explanation on AVAST website. It turned to “SECURED” alone and Security Info tab still showing the same info.
I hope someone authorized and knowledgeable can answer my question.
Just sounds like a ‘software glitch’ to me.
Computers. :
Yes, and AVAST programmers know what triggers “Security Status: ATTENTION” message. Users should be aware too.
I am raising this question because I care about the “AVAST account” creature. I see a lot of potential in it but it is still a “baby” that needs a lot of care to grow.
my avast security status reads Unsecured. Plz let me know if I can fix it. Thanks in advance.
