No security program have 100% detection, if they did there would not be a virus problem on the net
Running two AV is not a smart thing, as this can create lots of mysterious windows errors and false detections…
uninstall MSE and use Malwarebytes as extra scanner
files you download from the net can be tested at www.virustotal.com or www.virscan.org
What was it that MSE found (malware name) ?
It isn’t too clear from the image, but it looks like hack tool, which rather depends on a) where you downloaded it and b) what it was you were downloading ?
If you were downloading a tool it isn’t unusual for some AVs to flag the tool as they can’t determine the purpose it will be used.
