My Avast doesn’t work because the “EXE” file is missing… PLEASE send me the EXE file.
Really??? I posted this a month ago and STILL no answer?
Please provide more details, like screenshots of the error, name and version of the Avast product, OS info, what have you done before/after the issue etc.
as for what i was doing before, nothing… bought the secureline and tryed to install it and ended up getting that error first thing, tryed to uninstall and reinstall but it didn’t work,tryed to think of any other idease but didn’t come up with any.

OK thanks, your first screenshot shows it’s caused by SecureLine VPN. While you’re second one is Avast Antivirus, which is a different product.
Just in case, you’re reinstalling SecureLine not Antivirus, right?
And the error messages says there is no file called “VPN.exe”… if you follow the directory of the error message, can you see corresponding files / directories?
yes, it was secureline that was reinstalled multiple times
and yes i can see the corresponding files (from what i can tell)
Hmm, when did you get first error?
And if you run that exe file, what do you get?
september 3rd of 2024, when we first got the program, and cant run the exe file as there is no exe file like that to run, like it seems like everything for it is there except the actual vpn.exe file
So you mean VPN.exe is still missing while other files/directories are there? That’s really strange indeed… 
Maybe I can extract VPN.exe here (by using trial installation) and give that file, but I’m not sure it works…
If you are able to do that, the user would need to disable the Avast Self Defence to be able to insert it.
i have another computer, so worse case senario i might be able to do it from here, but not sure how well it would go
