my avast says it has stopped or is in an inconsistant state i have pressed the fix button but nothing works help please

Repair avast:

  1. Control Panel - Add/Remove programs - avast!
  2. Scroll down and click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.

i think that might have worked secure at moment will try again later to see if still working
