My Avast have a problem ( and me too) [NAV REMOVAL ISSUE]

I have a problem with Avast! On my pc has been installed the Norton Antivirus. Although has expired and doesn’t have intention to renew it, I don’t succeed in eliminating it and I don’t succeed in putting Avast! as only antivirus. Accordingly a lot of parts of the program don’t work, as I are able to make? :-[

What version of NAV do you have installed?

If you haven’t already, download Norton’s removal tool here:

Uninstall the copy of Avast that is currently running on your system and run the above tool. Then download and reinstall Avast. Does this help?

As ardvark said what version of NAV did you have, earlier versions may need additional measures.
