Verification is not working when someone tries to listen to the letters from a mobile device because the video offered can not play. Is there a way to fix this at mobiles, because due to the size of the screen -it is limited compared to a pc-, the verification letters are not clearly shown on mobile device?
I use Avast Anti-Theft on all 4 of my devives (android mobiles). The myavast site desparatly needs these changes:

Ability to filter the notifictions in the notifications tab. If you have continuous tracking enabled there are thousands of notifications a day notifying when a position update has been recieved. The ability to just list notification types like for instance SIM change events would be fantastic.

Ability to view the telephone number associated with the SIM that has been inserted. If the SIM has no SMS credit or plan then you cant determin the number when you dont recieve an SMS from the device that has had the SIM change.
I can download my licenses. I would also like to download my invoices, and be able to control the auto renew. I can not do that currently.
I purchased a three year license but when I go to My Avast Account it says “You don’t have any Avast licenses yet”.
Also getting nag screen for renewal. Any suggestions?

Please for the love of the gods do something about Webshield drastically slowing down web browsers. I love the Avast program but for the last few months since using Webshield it doesn’t matter what browser I use it slows it down dramatically when its first opened. At times with explorer it locks the browser right up. With fire fox it delays opening the browser any where between 10 seconds to over 30 seconds. If Avast is going to provide such a service then the programmers need to smooth it out way more.

I have run several programs including the Avast Grime fighter to cross reference and insure its not something else.
How I use a license to another system? For this it is necessary that from first system Avast be uninstalled?
This is unrelated to this topic.
But you should uninstall the first installation, otherwise installation on the second system could be detected as using one license on multiple systems. Worst case scenario, could result in the license number being blocked on all.

Hi I would like to see Opera web browser added to protected browsers as I currently use this browser and find that password safe doesn’t work with it plus a few other issues so would love avast (which is great) to sort this
I also would like to see Opera added to the list of protected browsers. I find it easier to use than Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Avast tells me i’m unprotected, won’t let me sign in to ‘contact’ and i see lots of people with same unprotected problem. i’m not a geek and won’t attempt all those obviously ineffective fixes. what is for sure is that avast has my money and makes it darn difficult to solve issues - much like too many other internet scams.
Repair Avast:
- Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
- Click on ‘Repair’.
- Follow instructions.
- Reboot.
I would recommend that avast does not hijack my firefox automatically without asking me during a routine update of avast. I have been an avast customer for 12 years. NO MORE. I am deleting my avast software and going with something else, that does not install unwanted default search engines such as yahoo and bing into my firefox. I am done being manipulated.
How about challenging for a password when accessing “my account”. My billing information was changed by a family member who attempted to upgrade the product without my permission.
