Hi
I am a subscriber (yearly sub) of Avast Products on Android obviously synced with my Google Account.
Ive today installed the Anti Theft and trying to configure the my.avast section.
Ive logged in on PC and used my ‘Google Account’ to create the my.avast account.
The problem im having is my Android License is not showing in my.avast.
Also trying to use my Google Acct Email / Password on the Application on the phone to set the my.avast sync will not accept my Google Account Details.
Please can someone advise where im going wrong.

If you want to connect a Android device to your avast account, you must do so through the application not through the website.

I now have the Avast AV Connected to my my.avast account and i can now see my mobile in the list of devices.
Im now trying to connect the Avast Anti Theft to my my.avast account.
The issue i have is that the Anti Theft App on my phone in the Avast Account Section is not accepting my Gmail credentials, just bounces saying incorrect user / pass.
Do i need to do anything else to ‘activate’ the Anti Theft App.

I think i understand the issue.
Im using the ‘login with google’ link on the Avast Website, this logs me in fine.
I used the ‘login with google’ link in the AV App and it worked fine.
However on the Theft app there is only a link to ‘login with facebook’ which i do not want to do.
When i try login to the Avast Site with my actual Google Credentials as im doing in the App it fails.
So only using the ‘login with google’ button works and there isnt one for the Theft App.
Hope this makes sense.

Hi
I have done so mate, appreciate all the help.
That post shows to type in your gmail creds, however this fails in both the app and my point was it also fails on the website.
It seems the only way to log in using Google is to click the magical button.
This button was available in the AV App and worked fine however its not available in the Anti Theft App on the phone.
I only tested the website to see if i could use my creds, however it only works using the button.
