My bank account was debited by Avast, without ordering anything

My bank account was debited by 44.99Pounds on 01.11.2020 without ordering anything. I checked by subscription in my Avast account and nothing happened on 01.11.2020. Because I don’t know order ID, I can’t raise any issue.

Can you help me how to get in touch with Avast team , without order ID?
