hi , i can`t send virus to the chest, says comunication rpc failed. what can i do ??

what version of avast! do you use?

what is your operating system?

any security-programs installed?

does a repair-installation help?

Have (or did) you another AV installed in this system, if so what was it and how did you get rid of it ?
