My client's web site is blacklisted by avast, how to get details so I can fix it

Hi,

My client’s web site is blacklisted by avast. I did some tests with other antivirus and the site is ok except for avast.
I installed avast on my mac but there are no details at all.
The client wants me to fix the problem but I have no clue.
I have some other client’s site on the same server and they are not blacklisted.

The site is : www.saint-lambert.ca

Can you please let me know what I can do to fix the problem?

Thank you

not related to block, but webserver software is outdated http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/www.saint-lambert.ca

if you think the block is wrong, report it here https://support.avast.com/ > avast virus lab

I see mail server issues: http://www.dnsinspect.com/saint-lambert.ca/1424786384 (abuse address)

Pondus, thanks about the server version but anyway we cannot update it because we have to follow the ubuntu update and for now we are stuck with 2.2.22.

Polonus, thanks for your help. There is nothing I can fix for the mail server since we are not hosting it. I hope that those issues are not the cause of the fact that we are blocked.

I tested the sites with a lots of tools from the internet and none showed me a reason for being blocked by avast.

Is there a way to get the tools that avast uses to say that the site is unsafe.

Without that, there is no way for me to fix the problem and my client wants it fix as soon as possible.

Report the site to an avast team member as they are the only ones to consider unblocking the site.
Report here: https://support.avast.com/ or here: virus@avast.com with a link to this thread.

That is like asking a 3-star Michelin chef to tell his secret ingredient. The answer = No. Besides that, they will be useless for you since you don't have their database.

All you have to do is install the latest version/update to the latest version.
