Hello everyone im from Spain, my debise is a Motorola Motoluxe and this weekend on friday, got stolen. Luckly i have avast! anti-theft intalled on it and yesterday (Monday) got a SMS telling me that the SIM card got changed and also telling me the new number and location, which means that the app is working and that’s great!.
But now that the phone’s number is changed i fear that the command SMS won’t work, my question is, can someone tell me what to do? i took a look on the users guide but it doesnt tell anything that can help me.
I hope somenone can help me ASAP, cause i really want my phone back…

if you read the manual, and still don’t have a clue what to do, I’m not sure what to recommend.
I would start by trusting that the commands work and locating the device.

Well, i tried to send a message and i’d say it didn’t work cause i didn’t get any reply, i don’t know why, don’t get what’s the problem i did exactly as the guide said just changed my number for the new number that i got to send the commands… OMG, need someone that make this app work! D:
it should work but maybe the phone is turned off? then it wont work.
