my e-mail system is screwed up...

I use MSN for my main e-mail and recently received an e-mail that will not only NOT GO AWAY…but it has MULTIPLIED every time I’ve tried to delete it.

When I go to “feedback” - then “report a problem” - I get “Sorry, the page you requested is not available.”

Can somebody here help me with this? Do I need to re-install MSN again?

  What would help more is telling us the name of your
  Operating System !? If you have Win 2000 or XP, try
   using "Ewido" from www.ewido.net/en . This good &
  free program "specializes" in detecting & removing what
  is probably a "Spam Bot" in your machine .
